42 Bridge St - Design Build

We converted this 20,000 sf bank into a mixed use property consisting of 13 residential apartments and 3 commercial units. Working with the developer when they first identified the process we developed a project estimate off of a conceptual sketch. Our initial estimate based on very limited information came in at $1,600,000. Working aggressively throughout the project we managed to keep the budget to $1,700,000 and turned the project around in a 6 month period.
