After a devastating fire in one of their multi family buildings we were hired to replace all of the damaged framing and install a new roof system on this 3 family building.

The Exeter Housing Authority hired us to renovate the public restrooms in one of their multifamily apartment complexes. Work included gutting the bathrooms and installing all new finishes and fixtures.

Elmwood Gardens is a massive housing complex located in Manchester. We were hired to replace failing siding and trim throughout the development on over 12 buildings.

Formerly a communal living home, we were hired to convert this property into a multi family building. Work involved selective demolition, framing, installation of new MEPs, new kitchens, bathrooms and finishes throughout. 

We were hired by the Dover Housing Authority to replace 129 exterior doors to apartments within their Niles Park Development. Work involved demolition, light framing and replacement of exterior doors.

The Dover Housing Authority hired us to replace the roof, windows, exterior doors and siding on this property to give it a more modern life, and address some much need repair.
