Cachet Beauty Lounge
This was an incredible project as the owner came to us with an amazing concept and a vanilla box for us to execute it in. From the modern aesthetics to helping this client realize their dream of opening their own business, every part of this project was a pleasure.
The Express (working for the Resicom Group)
We worked for the Resicom Group, on this amazing project. The Express Store in the Mall of NH had a project requiring major excavation inside of their store. We kept the store open and operating while working nights to excavate in the middle of a mall to make major changes to the store's plumbing system. Digging around numerous data and electrical mains we excavated to a depth of over 6' to repair their issue and get them back online. Cleanliness, communication, and impeccable execution led to the success of this project.
Pease Golf Course Restroom Renovations
This project involved demolition of the existing facilities and installation of new flooring, interior trims and finishes, wall coverings, plumbing fixtures and countertops. This project involved a unique challenge, in that, the facility was active during construction and we only had 10 days per restroom to complete the project, and were facing liquidated damages of $1000 per day for every day we were over the schedule. The project was completed on time with no liquidated damages being assessed.
